WHO DO YOU BUY FOR?

WHAT KIND OF HOUSES DO YOU BUY?
Generally, we're looking for single family houses with a minimum of 1,100 sq. ft.
3 bedroom/2 bath up to 1950 year built or 3 bedroom/1 bath up to 1960 year built.
The key is to send us houses that have not been listed yet.
WHERE DO YOU BUY HOUSES?
We're buying houses across the Birmingham, Huntsville and Decatur area.
WHEN WILL I GET AN OFFER?
After submitting a property to the buyer, you can expect to receive an offer within 48-72 hours.
HOW SOON BEFORE MY HOUSE CLOSES?
It typically takes a month from signing a contract to close a house, to leave enough time for an inspection to be completed and the title to clear.
